About Me

I have worked for many years at a managerial level in a corporate environment, so I understand the stresses of employment and modern living.

I studied Therapeutic Counselling for three years at the University of Greenwich in which I have a Masters of Science with Merit. (MSc).

I currently work in a college for the performing arts, helping clients with issues including anxiety, self-esteem and disordered eating. I also regularly present workshops to groups about stress management and mental well being.

Previously I was a counsellor in a boys school for a year working through a variety of issues including gang violence and male identity. I also ran a film project for troubled teenagers for three years to help them with isolation and communication issues.

I am a qualified CRUSE bereavement counsellor and have worked with people of all backgrounds and ages. I have also worked with clients with a variety of health and relationship issues.

I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred) and I follow their ethical guidelines and codes of conduct. You can also view my profile on the Counselling Directory
